Eternity: The Ultimate Experience

This dramatic production about life after death will take place November 3rd-7th, 7:00 p.m. nightly at NorthRidge Church. Everyone is welcome. Please note there will not be childcare available. This event is not recommended for children under the age of 10 due to the intense depiction of life and death.

Christmas in July!!!

Devereux Florida is a Non-Profit Organization that works with children and families in times of crisis. For many children it will involve having to leave their homes due to abuse, neglect or abandonment. Many times they own little clothes, toys, books…one can only imagine.

It is never to early to start thinking about those Christmas Wish List thoughts that your own children are bringing to you and so won’t you please sponsor a child(ren) for Christmas by filling their toy wish list! Call or email me and we can get you started!

Discovery Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS)

Plunge into something new this fall! MOPS-it’s like a monthly playdate for moms! Eat, laugh learn, love and grow with other moms while our preschoolers are cared for in an onsite pre-school setting called MOPPETS. You can even bring your newborn into the meeting with you! We meet first Tuesdays of September-May 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.. First meeting is FREE, $35 annually which includes childcare.

Moms4Moms

Moms4Moms is a group that serves as an oasis of peace and hope offering answers to various situations that moms of young children encounter every day. We provide sounds biblical guidance and vibrate relationships so she can thrive in the many seasons of motherhood! Meetings include food, guest speakers, games and crafts just to name a few! This group is open to any mother of an infant or preschool aged children as well as homeschooling families. Childcare is provided. We meet the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. in room B-7. Please contact Katie for more information: kw4moms@gmail.com

St. Thomas Episcopal Church Bazaar 2012

This is a day for the whole family! Please make plans to attend. There will be booths with crafts & needlework, toys, plants, holiday gifts and home-baked goods. If you enjoy a great bargain, then you would love a delicious $6 Salad Lunch or a $10 BBQ Dinner, or perhaps wish to bid on collectibles and uniques at the Silent Auction throughout the day. 
All booths open at 9 a.m. including St. Thomas’ Thrift Shop at 211 S. Mary St. All proceeds go toward community outreach.

Toy Drive for Children

Living Hope International Ministry, Inc. is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide long term residential and outreach services to hurting women. We give them the opportunity to change their lifestyle and recover from chemical dependency, abuse and a dysfunctional life through the program services that we offer. Our Children of Hope program provide services to the children of incarcerated parents. The children of hope program has been helping the children of incarcerated parents for over 10 years. On December 16, 2012 we will be hosting our 10th annual Christmas Party for children ages 2-16. Together we can make it happen. For more information please call: 407.422.6797

MOMS Next of Willow Creek Church

As children enter school years, new challenges arise. Just as MOPS got you through the “no-no” stage, MOMS next is here to support you in the “go-go” stage. Here you are welcome, accepted and inspired to reach your full potential as a woman and a mother. Come just as you are to enjoy brunch and experience authentic community and spiritual hope with other moms. MOMS next of Willow Creek Church will provide speakers on various topics throughout the year to help advise, equip and develop mothers of school-aged children.
