23 Days of Giving

We want to provide three meals a day for three local families for the 23 days school is out over Christmas. To participate, add your family’s favorite recipe to a recipe card. (Please feel free to make more than one). Go shopping and only purchase the non perishable items for the recipe. It can be breakfast, lunch or dinner. Feel free to give money or Publix gift cards (Any money/card collected will go towards Christmas dinners from Publix). Make sure recipe cards and food are kept together and dropped off at Suntree United Methodist Church by 2 p.m. on December 16th, 2012. God bless you for your generosity! NOEL Living Nativity Presentation

NOEL (Night Of Everlasting Love) is a 30 minute Living Nativity presentation that tells the story of the birth of Jesus interspersed with a cappella carols. The setting in in a traditional Bible village to fully enjoy the atmosphere of living during the time of Christ’s birth. The cast of 35 performers will fill the platform as the story of Christ unfolds with angels, shepherds, wise men and village citizens all coming to worship the new born King and will be presented at 6:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.  each evening. Drive-thru Nativity

Join us at North Merritt Island United Methodist Church-6355 N. Courtenay Pkwy., Merritt Island for our 15th year of presenting a drive-thru story of the birth of Jesus Christ. AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) Bowling Program

Amateur Athletic Union (AAU), one of the largest non-profit volunteer sports organizations in the U.S., is dedicated exclusively to the promotion and development of amateur sports and fitness programs.

AAU Bowling-Florida provides a quality comprehensive bowling program open to those 3-23, regardless of current skill level. Everyone competes as individuals by age division.

Join any time during each 6 week session, with no penalty for non- play and no qualifying necessary! College recognition combines, camps, clinics and scholarships are also availible!

Just $10 a week for 3 games, and $10 a session (6 wks) with an AAU membership ($14)!

Drop and Shop

Leave your kids at the History Center while you do your holiday shopping. Children will enjoy an afternoon watching holiday movies, making crafts, creating gifts and ornaments, learning holiday traditions, enjoying holiday snacks, and visiting with a very special guest. Museum staff chaperones will be present.
