Tribute Walk for Wounded Warrior Project 2014

Location: Seven Mile Bridge, Marathon FL

Rick has been doing Tribute Walks to raise awareness and donations for the Wounded Warrior Project for over 4 years now. He has set out on walks that are anywhere from 15-30 Miles and carries proudly a military issued 8 foot Flag to remind us all how lucky we are. The message he sends is simple. He walks for those families whom have lost a loved one in the military. For the soldiers who come home and have nothing left. The homeless Veterans who served our country and without us would be forgotten. On November 29, 2014 Rick will be going to Marathon, FL and crossing The Seven Mile bridge going a total of 14 miles on foot carrying an 8 foot military issued flag.

We are looking for Business Sponsors who can donate for traveling expenses (ie gas, food etc. or private sponsors as well who can help with any amount). Come show your support on Nov 29th if you are in the area! Check us out on our 1 Million Dollar Tribute Facebook Page or feel free to email Rick with your words of encouragement totributewalkintheirhonor@gmail.com. To make donations towards the travel expenses visit Benefit Walk In Their Honor.
