Saint Margaret Mary at is holding a rummage sale in the Parish Center at 526 North Park Ave in Winter Park. All proceeds go to benefit our Haiti Project. The Rummage sale is so big that it is like a hundred garage sales under one roof. We have high quality items at inexpensive prices.

Baby Boogie Bash-Amaya Papaya’s Red Carpet 4th

The Baby Boogie Bash (East Coast) is a dance party for kids 0-7 years old featuring disco lights and music from the 80′s, 90′s, and today. No Nursery Rhymes just real jams (appropriate of course) that will get your feet moving and booty grooving. We offer the Baby Boogie Bash at Amaya Papaya 7 times a year. Each event is themed to match a corresponding holiday throughout the year and then eclectically themed during our summer party series culminating with our annual Birthday Party!

A portion of the proceeds made from each month’s Baby Boogie Bash will go to benefit a local charity.

BYO (Bring Your Own) Workshops-Hand Print Stepping Stones

Our Bring Your Own workshops are craft and activity workshops designed for little one’s and their adults to make creations together with something from home using supplies provided by Amaya Papaya! We provide you with the space to get messy, do it yourself instructions, the supplies for your master piece and we do all the clean up!

Date: Monday August 5, 2013
Times: 10 a.m.-11 a.m. & 4 p.m.-5 p.m.
Cost: $15 Per stone (when you bring your own Mold)
$18 Per stone (AP provides the Mold for you!)
All cost are in addition to Admission to Amaya Papaya

At Amaya Papaya we encourage parents to be engaged with their children’s playtime through dramatic play, crafting and reading together! We love and support weekly FREE story time at your local library hence we do do have weekly scheduled story times here…INSTEAD we offer SPECIAL GUEST STORY TIMES once a month where we invite local authors, teachers and story tellers to our imagination stage to share stories that are sure to spark the imagination! These special story times are scheduled on a Tuesday or Thursday during the month.

Up and Away
How do you keep young children calm when traveling? Interaction. Young readers and parents who may have anxiety learn the joy of traveling in the poetic book, UP AND AWAY ON MY FIRST FLIGHT, the new book from children’s author April Ready. In the story, Christmas time is approaching. Time for travels to see grandparents and cousins. Lots of excitement for a first time little traveler.
