Central Florida Community Arts Presents Together in Harmony

Location: Oak Ridge High School, Orlando FL

There is a journey of discovery when a child learns music.

It starts with a single note…

Maybe a bang or toot, a pluck or wobbly tone. From there, the sky is the limit! Creativity and imagination are realized through sound. With dedication and practice, those notes are slowly refined into melody and rhythm. A simple song leads to a brilliant dance. That basic tune over time transforms into a complex concerto. From playing with friends to performing in full symphonies. When children become artists in music, it all comes together in perfect harmony…

You will be amazed as some of the most talented young instrumentalists and singers from across Central Florida come together to perform their first concert of the season.

General Admission tickets are $10 each, and children age 12 and under will be admitted for free.

Tickets may be purchased online or by calling the CFCArts Box Office at 407-937-1800 x 710.

Ticketing problems or questions? Contact the CFCArts Box Office: (407) 937-1800 ext. 710 or boxoffice@cfcommunityarts.com

Jordan’s Sporting Goods Store will return for a Two-Day Christmas Event on December 10th and 11th.  The store will be located at 300 Lake Mary Boulevard Suite 252; Sanford, FL  32773.

Jordan Cole Smelski died from Primary Amoebic Meningoencephalitis on July 2, 2014 at the age of 11.  Jordan was a fun loving child with a passion for soccer, horseback riding, zip lining, art and video games. While on vacation, Jordan contracted the amoeba Naegleria fowleri, while swimming in hot springs.

The Jordan Smelski Foundation for Amoeba Awareness was established in loving memory of Jordan.  The foundation has events throughout the year to raise funds for awareness, treatment and research; however this is our Give Back to the Community Event!

Jordan loved Christmas and loved sports. He wanted all kids to get gifts for Christmas. We honor Jordan by giving back to the community with his store! We are currently collecting ‘gently’ used and new sporting goods equipment to stock the store.

All items will be given away for FREE to families and children in need, while supplies last!

Each child will receive a ticket when they enter the store that can be exchanged for a one used item.  They will also receive another ticket that can be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a new item as well.
