Fall Encounter 2016: Prophesy

Location: The Lighthouse Church, DeLand FL

WHAT IS GOD SAYING? The world is saying a lot of things about how it thinks the family should be set up. It says a lot about what people should be taught in schools and how they should be educated. It says a lot about what it thinks the church is and should be. It tells us its own definition of identity. The world has a lot to say about a lot of things.

But what is God saying about families, about education? What is God saying about His church? What does He have to say about the identity of individuals? God definitely speaks, and He has some things to say about the condition of our lives.

This Fall Encounter is a two-day conference that will bring in powerful speakers such as Pastor Joel Stockstill of Bethany Church who travels to many different churches ministering to youth, young adults, and leaders, Pastor George Sotolongo of Orlando House of Prayer, Pastor Antione Ashley the associate pastor at The Lighthouse Church and pastor of The UpperRoom Network Youth Ministry, and more. This conference will equip youth and young adults with God’s word for their everyday lives.

This conference will start Friday, September 30th at 6:00 pm till 9:00pm and resume Saturday, October 1st at 9:00 am till 9:00 pm.

This Encounter only costs $30/person, and tickets are expected to sell out! If you’re ready to hear what God has to say about your life, you definitely do not want to miss this conference!

Jen Stackpole LIVE! New CD Release Concert!

Location: Mount Dora Community Building, Mount Dora Florida

Information for Jen Stackpole’s Live CD release Concert can be found by visiting:

Jen Stackpole – My Story

My name is Jen Stackpole and I’m a singer/songwriter who writes music from the heart, for the heart. I believe that music has the ability to heal, uplift and inspire people. I hope that you will find that theme throughout all of my music.

Music has been my biggest passion for as long as I can remember. I started singing before I spoke my first words and I have been writing songs since I was 13. I started performing onstage at age 5 and started piano lessons at age 6. (Admittedly, I did NOT like practicing and eventually discontinued my lessons when I was in seventh grade. I still play – I even play on my own songs on my own albums from time to time, but I really wish I had kept up with those lessons!!) Throughout grade school, high school and college, I performed in every talent competition possible and I joined every choir imaginable. In short, I simply loved to sing and I loved being involved with music in any way, shape or form. In 1998, I began my college journey as a Criminal Justice Major and in 2003, after a significant shift in my major; I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a concentration in Music. While in college, I learned a lot about music theory and composition; I learned even more about vocal blending, choral arranging and choral singing, all of which have helped me immensely in my songwriting and recording career.

I have experienced many incredible moments throughout my career. One of the true highlights has been working with the one and only, Bruce Swedien. Bruce is, without a doubt, one of the very best producers and sound engineers in the world. He is, perhaps, best known for his work on all of Michael Jackson’s solo albums and I was beyond blessed to be able to work with him on several of my own songs throughout the fall of 2009. In addition to Bruce, I have also been blessed to work with many other extremely talented musicians and singers, including Rob Peck (from Sister Hazel), Tommy Kerr (from Dr. Hook and the Medicine Show), Johnny ‘Snags’ Norton (original and touring casts/recordings of ‘Riverdance’), Declan Masterson (Musical Director – ‘Riverdance’), Jimi Pappas (BeatleBeat, British Invasion, Jim Morris and the Big Bamboo Band), and many more. I am surrounded by the most wonderful, talented people and I truly hope my music reflects that.

Currently, I have just finished a brand new album of original music, which will be released October 1, 2016. I also frequently record lead and backing vocals for other people’s recording projects. In addition to my time in the recording studio, I also spend time performing. I am a member of the praise and worship team at New Vision Community Church, I perform my original music in and around the Mount Dora, FL area, and I am a member of the prestigious acapella Dickens Carolers, with many upcoming holiday gigs all throughout the Central Florida area.
