Join us for Groove @ The Grove, a complimentary live musical seasonal musical series on the third Thursday of every month from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.

We are excited to welcome Intuit, a young and eclectic, Jazz-spirited quartet that adds a modern flair to the traditional art form of jazz. Incorporating influences from diverse genres such as funk, R&B, Latin, world and experimental music, this group creates a truly unique listening experience that has been known to appeal to all listeners, from devoted jazz lovers to general audiences alike.

Original Herrmann's Royal Lipizzan Stallions of Austria


Location: Grand Oaks Resort, Lady Lake FL

Leesburg Sunrise Rotary is proud to announce that The Original Herrmann’s Royal Lipizzan Stallions of Austria, under the direction of Gabriella Herrmann, will return to Grand Oaks Resort from November 21-23, 2014. All performances are at 2 p.m. These horses are descendants of the famous stallions rescued by General Patton at the end of World War II, and their performance has been described as “Equine Ballet.”

Seating in the covered arena is limited. We recommend you bring a lawn chair.

Cost: Advance Tickets: $18 for Adults, $15 for Youth 12 and under. There is a $5 parking charge per vehicle.

FPEA Special Needs Struggling Learner Homeschool Conference


Location: Rosen Shingle Creek Resort, Orlando FL

We are excited to invite you to join us at the 2nd annual Special Needs Struggling Learner Homeschool Conference on November 21-22, 2014 at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando. The 2013 Conference was a huge success with several hundred attendees from all over the country.

The FPEA strives to serve all homeschool families and those interested in homeschooling. We believe every child should learn without boundaries.

The FPEA serves thousands of homeschooling families in Florida, and beyond, delivering a wealth of support, guidance and information to both new and longtime home educators. The “FPEA Experience” involves a banding together of homeschoolers to accomplish the task of developing academic and personal excellence by sharing resources, creating connections, enhancing relationships and breaking down barriers. Acknowledging there is no one “right” way to educate, the FPEA acts as an ambassador and champion, serving and protecting the rights and choices of all homeschoolers.

SonFest 2014


Location: Port Orange City Center, Port Orange Florida

Come hang out with your Z family at SonFest 2014! This festival will have musical entertainment  headlined by Common Ground Band. It will also feature musicians such as Chris Gray, True Gain, After The Storm, SALT, JD and the Crossing, Minista-ac and more! There is fun for the whole family in the KidZone, with carnival games and a display of cars. If you get hungry and want to buy food, you can choose from several food vendors such as Taco Shack, Panhead’s Pizza, Kona Ice, Mad Dog’s and more.
