Colette Clifton is a part of Vaco Operations as the Recruiting Manager focused in Engineering. Colette is an attorney with seven years of process and project engineering experience. Colette has seven years of chemical process engineering experience at Merck & Co. Inc. As a senior engineer, Colette was a core part of the manufacturing team because she was involved in the drug development process from inception through start-up and maintenance. Additionally, Colette has obtained the status of Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) with the Toastmasters International organization. This is the highest honor given to members who have achieved both the Advanced Communication Gold and Advanced Leader Silver awards. As a DTM candidate Colette performed more than 40 public presentations.
