The event is held weekly and open to anyone in the community. Each week a topic as well as the basic information is offered in a discussion focus group. Women are encouraged to attend at least 4 meetings before delivery (but even one is beneficial!) and then are welcome to continue with the group until their baby is weaned. Mothers are welcome to start attending after their baby arrives. Since its foundation in 1994, the Swedish VasaGospel choir has consistently given their sermon in churches and concert halls all over northern Europe.
