Listen for the name of your child to be announced on Z88.3. Three different names will be announced and played each weekday. The first will be between 6 and 10 A.M., the second between 10 A.M. and 3 P.M. and the third between 3 P.M. and 7 P.M. The name will be announced beforehand and at random times and at the name page at Zradio.com up until the contest is played. The right number caller, as called for by the announcer is the winner. Name can be either the child’s first or middle name. Proof of name will be required by showing but not limited to a school report card or birth certificate to claim the prize.
You must be a resident of the state of Florida. Must be a parent or legal guardian of the child with the first or middle name announced and the right number caller to the Z-studio lines at 407-682-8888.
Game will continue three times each weekday until further notice. The contest ends when we have announced the name and received the specific phone caller number asked for that also has a child with the same first or middle name announced.

Such as a parent of a child named "James" who is caller number 10. Caller number 10 means the 10th call answered by Z88.3's on duty announcer or producer who identifies him or herself with a child who has a birth certificate with a first or middle name of "James".
Z88.3 is not responsible for errors, problems or delays in the mail or telephone systems that may prevent callers or entries from reaching Z88.3. Listeners can call Z88.3’s Zstudio lines (407) 682-8888, or *883, a free call from a Cingular Wireless cell phone. If a caller gets disconnected for any reason before their name and phone number have been recorded, another call will be taken. Decisions of Z88.3 station management are final. All contest entries will become the property of Z88.3. Winners and contest participants grants Z88.3 the right to use their name and likeness (including voice) for promotional purposes with no compensation.

The above contest and the posting of material terms is Z88.3’s goodfaith effort to comply with the statutory provision regarding contests as set forth at Section 508 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (the “Act”) (47 U.S.C. §509). Section 508(a) of the Act (47 U.S.C. §509(a)) and with the Commission’s (FCC) requirements governing the broadcast of licensee-conducted contests set forth in Section 73.1216 of the Commission’s rules, (47 C.F.R. §73.1216). This rule requires that a licensee that broadcasts or advertises information about a contest that it conducts shall fully and accurately disclose the material terms of the contest, and shall conduct the contest substantially as announced or advertised. No contest description shall be false, misleading or deceptive with respect to any material term.
For purposes of Section 73.1216, the term “contest” is defined as a scheme in which a prize is offered or awarded, based upon chance, diligence, knowledge or skill, to members of the public. “Material terms” include those factors which define the operation of the contest and which affect participation therein. Although the material terms may vary widely depending upon the exact nature of the contest, they will generally include: (1) how to enter or participate; (2) eligibility restrictions; (3) entry deadline dates; (4) whether prizes can be won; (5) when prizes can be won; (6) the extent, nature, and value of the prizes; (7) the basis for valuation of prizes; (8) time and means of selection of winners; and/or (9) tie-breaking procedures.
