To enter, you must fill out an official entry form during the Southern Women’s Show anytime during the Orlando Expo on October 9-12, 2008, at the Z88.3 table/booth. You must purchase a ticket to get into the Southern Women’s Show to sign up at the Z88.3 booth.
You must be 18 years of age or older, a resident of the state of Florida, have a valid U.S. social security card, transportation and a ticket into the Southern Women's Show to enter.

One (1) Grand Prize winner is scheduled to be drawn randomly from all completed entries received by 5 p.m. on Sunday, October 12, 2008. The winner will be notified by phone during the week of October 13, 2008.
The following prize will be awarded to one (1) winner: One (1) $1,000 Gift Card to IKEA which was donated by the Greater Orlando Christian Film Festival. Total value of the prize is $1,000. PRIZE IS NOT TRANSFERABLE-NO EXCEPTIONS. A W-9 MUST be filled out by the winner and returned to Z88.3 no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 31, 2008 or the prize will be forfeited. A new winner will be selected and notified at the discretion of Z88.3 Management

The winner is scheduled to be drawn randomly from all completed entries received by 5 p.m. on Sunday, October 12, 2008, by the Z88.3 Promotions Department. The winner will be notified by phone during the Week of October 13, 2008. If the winner cannot be contacted by 5 p.m. on Friday, October 31, 2008, the winner will be disqualified and forfeits the prize. A new winner will be selected and notified at the discretion of Z88.3 Management.
Only one (1) winner per household will be allowed per 30 day period. In the event that a previous winner or household member of a winner is selected, their prize will be forfeited. Any other tie breaking procedures are at the discretion of Z88.3 Management.
Z88.3, prize donors, employees or sponsors are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other transmission failures of any kind such as lost or unavailable phone connections; or incomplete, garbled or delayed transmissions whether caused by Z88.3, users, by any equipment or programming utilized in this contest, or by human error. Each winner will be instructed to pick up their prize with valid photo identification and social security card for tax purposes at the Z88.3 Office in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Prizes are not transferable. Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, travel and parking associated with this prize. Winner assumes all liability associated with use of the prize. Winners and contest participants grants Z88.3 the right to use their name and likeness (including voice) for promotional purposes with no compensation. Z88.3 reserves the right to alter these material terms at any time for any reason.
The above contest and the posting of material terms is Z88.3’s goodfaith effort to comply with the statutory provision regarding contests as set forth at Section 508 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (the “Act”) (47 U.S.C. §509). Section 508(a) of the Act (47 U.S.C. §509(a)) and with the Commission’s (FCC) requirements governing the broadcast of licensee-conducted contests set forth in Section 73.1216 of the Commission’s rules, (47 C.F.R. §73.1216). This rule requires that a licensee that broadcasts or advertises information about a contest that it conducts shall fully and accurately disclose the material terms of the contest, and shall conduct the contest substantially as announced or advertised. For purposes of Section 73.1216, the term “contest” is defined as a scheme in which a prize is offered or awarded, based upon chance, diligence, knowledge or skill, to members of the public. “Material terms” include those factors which define the operation of the contest and which affect participation therein. Although the material terms may vary widely depending upon the exact nature of the contest, they will generally include: (1) how to enter or participate; (2) eligibility restrictions; (3) entry deadline dates; (4) whether prizes can be won; (5) when prizes can be won; (6) the extent, nature, and value of the prizes; (7) the basis for valuation of prizes; (8) time and means of selection of winners; and/or (9) tie-breaking procedures.
