Tim Wolf

Biography

Tim was born in 1969 in Savannah, Georgia.  He is the oldest of three sons.  His parents Dan and Glenda Wolf raised him in a loving Christian home.  At age 17, Tim chose Jesus Christ as his lord and savior.  He knew God had a purpose and a plan for his life.  Wanting to spread the love of Christ to his community, he started a radio show from his bedroom.  He would interview friends from his youth group, sharing testimonies and praying with callers.  He began his radio career at the age of 19.  That very distinctive voice has graced the airwaves of WMIE, WPIO and WAJL before coming to Z88.3.  In 1996 Tim became the voice of Z88.3 and volunteered wherever he was needed.  He joined the Z88.3 staff full-time in February of 1998 as host of the evening show.  In 2002 he moved to the overnight position, giving him the daytime to do production as well as drive the Z-Van to different events.  He enjoys getting out of the office and meeting the listeners.  Music is not just a job for Tim it is his ministry and passion.  His heart however belongs to his wife Deanna and his two daughters Amelia Rose and Savannah Marie.  Tim and his family live in Apopka, and attend Journey Christian Church.
