ConnectHER Conference Activates Empowerment
ORLANDO – The East Orlando Chamber of Commerce has organized an uplifting event with powerful women in some of Orlando’s biggest industries. Scheduled for Nov. 30, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. this event promises attendees an enriching experience centered on a comprehensive approach to empowerment.
This event will have a variety of activations such as yoga, meditation, rock climbing, spinning, pickleball and Zumba sprinkled in with messages overcoming barriers, flexibility, strategy and joy. The ConnectHER Conference will showcase six influential women in the workforce, each guiding one of the activations. The activities will seamlessly align with each speaker’s area of expertise. For instance, meditation will be complemented by discussions on mindfulness, specifically exploring its application in the workplace.
Attendees can anticipate an exciting day filled with networking opportunities, rejuvenating experiences and empowering discussions. The ConnectHER Conference is dedicated to empowering its attendees through meaningful conversations, covering vital subjects like mindfulness, stress management and adaptability, fostering personal and professional growth.
