Growing Bolder Presents: Creating a Personal Vitality Portfolio
Date(s) - 10 Oct 2019
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Center for Health & Wellbeing
So many of us regularly consider the financial pieces of our aging puzzle, but how often do we consider other pieces critical to our continued and lifelong vitality?
The Vitality Portfolio® approach encourages examination of these other pieces important to optimal aging and uses the familiar structure of a financial portfolio – make a plan, balance your assets and make regular deposits to support lifelong health. Attendees will gain simple tools to assess their wellness, core and functional assets and will create a practical road map to create their own personal Vitality Portfolio®. Kay Van Norman, founder and President of Brilliant Aging, will lead this enlightening workshop perfect for those contemplating what their future might look like and keen to put a solid plan into place.
The Vitality Portfolio® is a proprietary concept featured in a chapter written for an upcoming book, The Success Formula. This program is presented by the Winter Park Health Foundation. Registration is free. To register or to learn more, please visit https://yourhealthandwellbeing.org/event/creating-a-personal-vitality-portfolio/
