This week’s Quick Family Recipe is brought to you by the need to make a quick, healthy breakfast for the upcoming school year and also using all of your summer berries before they go bad! 🙂
I usually wash all my fruit the day we buy it and whatever is left over after about 3-4 days moves to the freezer for me to use for this super easy recipe!
All you need is a blender or a food processor if you don’t have a blender.
Let’s get blending together… 🙂
(Makes about two 24 oz smoothies)
- 1.5 Cups Orange Juice
- 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Banana
How to Make:
- Add everything to your blender and blend on high until all ingredients are blended together.
- Serve right away and Enjoy! 🙂
Ellis can make this one without blueberries, since he’s allergic! You can really add whatever you want, but this recipe keeps it simple.
