Donor Support

Judy is a Florida native – born and raised in Jacksonville. After graduating from the University of Florida with a Computer Engineering degree, she worked as a computer programmer for 13 years in Lake Mary. After adopting a son (and then a daughter two years later), she stayed at home and did some homeschooling in the early years and then volunteered at their school (go OCS Rams!). Volunteering led to working in several church offices, and then here to the Z in 2018 in the Donor Support department.

Judy discovered an interest in running a few years ago and loves to travel to participate in half marathons in interesting locations.

I’ve listened to and supported the Z from the very beginning and am blessed to now be able to work in a ministry with a great team.

I am thrilled to be a part the Z team. I was praying and asking God for a place where I would fit in and feel at home. I had no idea it would be Z88.3 but I am so happy that it is!

I have been in radio and the music industry for over 30 years. The radio journey has taken me to 9 states and I’m praying THIS is the last stop.

I am one of 7 children – 5 boys and 2 girls. My parents still live in my childhood home. I’m so blessed to have such a big family.

My immediate family is just me and my 4-legged boy, Rocco. I always said I would never become one of those crazy dog people…well, now I’m eating those words.

I look forward to getting to know you and making Central Florida my home.

Spanish Coordinator

Eunice Hoge is the mastermind behind La Z™ 102.5 – ¡Música que llena tu vidaǃ™  La Z 102.5 FM, our new Z Spanish sister station serving Orlando.  (Also, simulcasted on 103.7 in Clermont.)

Eunice has been part of the Z since before the station was born as she is married to Jim Hoge, Founder and President. Through the years, she has been able to witness in amazement God’s faithfulness and the unfolding of God’s divine plan for the Z. Her role has been to support Jim by being a part of the many events and day to day life of the Z88.3 and the family of stations.

Eunice was born and raised in Cali, Colombia. As a preacher’s kid, she grew up at church mainly serving in children’s ministries. Eunice was blessed to grow up around American missionaries serving in Colombia who made it possible for her to obtain an education in the United States.

Eunice earned a BA in Special Education from Columbia College in Columbia SC and a Master’s Degree from Stetson University. While at Stetson, Eunice met Jim at church and the rest, they say, is history. She has been marry for 30 years and together they were blessed with two beautiful daughters, Viviana and Gabriella, whom she home schooled. The girls are both college graduates and on their own. Viviana, now married has brought husband Jacob into the family, who is much loved.

Other ministries Eunice loves serving are Nathaniel’s Hope, working with children with special needs, and Orlando Children’s Church where she and Jim teach the 4th grade boys.

Eunice enjoys spending time with husband and children, walking, biking, cooking, traveling and scrapbooking her favorite memories.

G106.3 Personality / Ministry Coordinator

You never know what the Lord has in store for you!

My hometown is Virginia Beach, Virginia, but being an Army Kid, I have lived in many places including 4 years in in Okinawa, Japan.  I attended college at HBCU Norfolk State University (go, Spartans!) and Old Dominion University with a major in Mass Communications and Public Relations. I worked at the college radio station for a time, and I was hooked. I worked in commercial radio for 8 years in several formats from alternative rock to classical.  I met my “Honey,” Ellis B Feaster, in Virginia Beach where we worked across the street from each other at competing radio stations. Fast forward 20+ years later – we are working for the Lord at the same broadcasting company!

Thanks so much for letting me help you get your day started and keeping you encouraged. Let us all hold hands and keep walking toward that goal of heaven together.

Office Manager / HR Manager

Cynthia was born and raised in Cumberland, Maryland, in the mountains of Western Maryland. Most of her family is still in that area, but she left home to attend college in Bluefield, Virginia for two years and never returned to Maryland to live. After traveling around the country for several years (just 9 more states to visit to see them all!) and living in Lafayette, Louisiana for a year, Orlando became home. She still REALLY misses Fall in the mountains and the change of seasons though.

Cynthia experienced God’s call to full-time ministry at the age of 16 and is blessed to have served in ministry most of her adult life. She started as the Office Manager/HR Manager at the Z on December 4, 2017, after serving almost 17 years as the church administrator in a local church. She is grateful for the doors God opened that brought her here!

She has a bachelor degree in Public Administration from UCF – go Knights! She and her husband Bill have 7 now-adult children between them, including her 4 – sons Jordan (who was, unexpectedly to his family, welcomed into God’s arms in 2004 at the age of 21) and Travis, daughters Austin and Shannon; Bill’s 3 – daughter Ann Elizabeth, sons Trey and Austin; plus two daughters through marriage, Brooke (Travis’ wife) and Kelly (Trey’s wife). And yes, they each have an Austin! Cynthia has a variety of interests, but she most enjoys dinners with all the family together, cooking, traveling, reading, college football, and spending time with her family and friends.

Promotions Coordinator

If you’ve listened to Z88.3 Afternoons, you might have heard Shadow Stevens talk about his daughter, Kayla. This is a completely different Kayla.

Just kidding, it’s the same one!

Kayla Stevens was born right here in Central Florida, where she grew up playing music trivia with her dad… don’t test them, they cream the competition, which mostly includes Ellis and Tyler from Z88.3 mornings. She shares the same laugh with her mom and sister, so it’s fun to get them in the same room together. She also loved growing up with her brother Kyle and trying to navigate this weird world we live in. They’re still learning, and for a while, Kayla didn’t know what she’d end up doing with her life.

Some would say she found the Z in that confusion- but really, the Z found her.

What started out as just coming into work with her dad to volunteer and hang out with all the lovely people at the station, became her first job as a part-time receptionist, which then opened up the way for her to become full-time at one of her favorite places on Earth (certain theme parks are still first…) as Promotions Coordinator!

Now she enjoys working with Carol and co-conspirator Amanda, on helping the Z thrive on social media, plan Z events, and most of all, making Z listeners happy!

She still spends her weekends hiding from the world and playing video games… introverts need time to recharge you know! But, she’s thankful for the friends and family she’s found here at the Z.

TEAM 88.3 / Dream Team Coordinator

Amanda was born in Silicon Valley. When her parents discovered her lack of technological prowess at the age of 2, they rushed her away to the Sunshine State. Living closer to her grandparents may have played into that decision a little as well. 😉

Flip flops, Mickey Mouse ears, and family-time shaped Amanda into the young Floridian woman that she is today. However, her college education at Asbury University in Kentucky and her semester abroad in Spain showed her a whole new world (shining, shimmering, splendid), and further ignited her desire to travel throughout the United States and to new countries. Florida will always be home, but there is so much left of the world to see!

Amanda found her way to the Z right after graduating from college. Moving back to Central Florida, she couldn’t imagine a better place to work than Z88.3, a station she had listened to throughout her childhood.

Amanda is beyond excited to be a part of the Promotions Team as the Z88.3 Dream Team/Team 88.3 Coordinator.

If you run into Amanda on the street, talk to her about milkshakes, sunflowers, or tell her a pun and you will be fast friends.

On-air Personality

Born and raised in Miami as a pastor’s kid, Ruthie stayed in South Florida to get her bachelor’s at Trinity International University Florida. Just before graduating with a degree in Mass Communication, she began working at WMCU, Spirit FM in 1999 and eventually on the air as “RuthieJ.”

Ruthie was always serving at her Dad’s church including being interim youth director. Keeping up with full-time radio and church ministry burned her out, though. So, once they hired a new youth pastor, she moved to California to start her Master’s degree in leadership at Fuller Theological Seminary.

A year later, she decided to finish her degree online and move back home to be closer to her boyfriend and his kids. In 2008, Ruthie and Israel got married and she became instant step-mom to four children. She also began working at ReachFM in Ft. Lauderdale hosting “Mid-Day with RuthieJ” again, as well as the daily radio program/podcast “Parenting On Purpose” with Dr. Bob Barnes, which continues today.

In 2015, Israel’s company opened an opportunity for him in Orlando. So, they moved up with their newborn twin daughters, Rose and Lily. Ruthie hosted her radio show from home until the station was put up for sale in April of 2016. That’s when the opportunity to be on the air at Z Radio became available and she started on the air the very next month.

Although Ruthie’s cultural roots are from Spain and Mexico, she grew up amongst Cubans and married a Puerto Rican/Colombian. She jokingly says her daughters will be “culturally confused.” Ruthie is beyond excited to represent the Latinos in Z Land and is always on the lookout for fun and funny ways to celebrate diversity and the messy, wonderful lives that only God can redeem.
