Start the new year off on the right foot! Get physically healthy, spiritually healthy, and do a good deed. Join the Asbury Feeding Families 5K. Every week Asbury UMC, together with other local churches and community groups, sends food bags home with children in need. ALL proceeds from this event will be used to supply food to hungry kids. After the beautiful run/walk around Lake Sybelia, there will be a lakeside meditation from Asbury UMC Senior Pastor Scott Harris.
