Please join us for our 6th Annual Walk to Remember our babies. Anyone and everyone is welcome to attend; if you haven’t lost a baby or child, perhaps you know someone who has and would like to walk in their memory, or maybe you would just love to support our cause, so please join us! We currently provide support to Holmes Regional, Wuesthoff of Rockledge, Indian River Hospital, Cape Canaveral, and Parrish Medical Center.

This year’s location is at Rhodes Park in West Melbourne, Florida, which is off of Flanagan Avenue (same location as last year). We will also have our “Wall of Angels” to display your posters of your babies! Please join us and share this event with others. The event is free to attend, however, we do encourage you to collect pledges from your supporters either in person or by creating your own fundraising page under our CauseVox fundraising site here: http://cherishingthejourney.causevox.com. There you can set your own fundraising goal, make a donation, create your own “Walk to Remember” fundraising page and share the page with others! This is a new fundraising platform for us this year with a much more user-friendly interface!

If you prefer to collect sponsorship pledges in person, you can download and print the pledge form located on the bottom of this page. Please pre-register for the walk and submit your baby’s name(s) using the automated form below. If you prefer to mail in your registration/order form, you may download and print the form located on the bottom of the page.

The funds raised through this event will help us support our families and five hospitals with memory boxes and Sibling Sacks. We are seekers sponsors and donations for this event! If you are interested in becoming an event sponsor/donor through a monetary donation, providing goods, or services, please fill out the corporate sponsor form located at the bottom of this page and return by email or snail mail. Your gifts are tax-deductible! This is going to be a beautiful event and a great way to bring those together who have been affected by the loss of a baby, as well as those who want to come out to support the cause.

Thanks for your support!

The loss of a child is truly a devastating and life-changing experience. Please join us to reflect on the lives of your beautiful children and the way they continue to impact your life, even after their passing. As we host our fourth annual walk this year, proceeds will support Cherishing the Journey, with the mission of remembering all children who are no longer with us, supporting and serving families during pregnancy and in the wake of the death of a child, providing resources for support and growth, and organizing various projects. Invite your family, friends, neighbors, co-workers and those in your community to take part in A Walk to Remember.  They, too, can help our mission of touching lives, and healing hearts of parents.

Thank you Z88.3!!!

Cindy Eames, serving in Memory of Molly (2/6/09)
