Vacation Bible School

A summer VBS called Kingdom Rock will be hosted Four Corners Baptist Church from June 17 to June 21.  At Kingdom Rock, kids participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, make and dig into yummy treats, experience epic Bible adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them to stand strong, and make cool crafts they will enjoy all summer long. Read To Me Story Time (Up and Away)

At Amaya Papaya we encourage parents to be engaged with their children’s playtime through dramatic play, crafting and reading together! We love and support weekly FREE story time at your local library hence we do do have weekly scheduled story times here…INSTEAD we offer SPECIAL GUEST STORY TIMES once a month where we invite local authors, teachers and story tellers to our imagination stage to share stories that are sure to spark the imagination! These special story times are scheduled on a Tuesday or Thursday during the month.

Up and Away
How do you keep young children calm when traveling? Interaction. Young readers and parents who may have anxiety learn the joy of traveling in the poetic book, UP AND AWAY ON MY FIRST FLIGHT, the new book from children’s author April Ready. In the story, Christmas time is approaching. Time for travels to see grandparents and cousins. Lots of excitement for a first time little traveler. Readers learn the fun of whisking away in the clouds over land and being with family at this special time of the year.

Vacation Bible School

Our VBS begins June 18-June 22 in the evenings from 6:30-8:45 p.m.  We will be doing the theme Everywhere Fun Fair.   You can register online right now at All Saints Lutheran Church. We’d love for new people to join us, for age 4 (pre-K) through 12 years old can register, older siblings can sign-up as volunteers to help out.

Kids Concert and Play Series Feat. Mr. Harley, Live!

Nothing is better than rocking out as you play. These concerts are for the 6 and under crowd! During the year we invite local kid friendly musicians to razzle our Imagination Stage. Kids love music, kids love to play…why separate the two? So come sit and listen or play and dance to the tunes of these local artist that are sure to become fan favorites!

Vacation Bible School

Our circus themed Vacation Bible School will begin on Thursday, June 20 and end Saturday, June 22.  Times for Thursday and Friday is 6-8:30 p.m.  On Saturday VBS will begin at 10 a.m. and end at 12:30 p.m. Participating children will enjoy a time of praise and worship, crafts, games, a meal and Bible study.  The kids will be learning how Jesus gives us “The greatest life on earth.” Children will be divided up into the following age groups: 4-6, 7-9 and 10-11. A picnic open to the community will take place on Sat from 12:30-3 p.m. immediately following VBS. All are invited to stay and enjoy hamburgers, hotdogs, bounce houses and more.
