Alternative Global Christmas Market (Nov. 8th - 9th)

Location: Winter Park Presbyterian Church, Winter Park Fl.

“Shop with a Conscience” at WPPC’s Alternative Global Christmas Market and get a jump on holiday shopping during Winter Park Presbyterian Church’s annual Alternative Global Christmas Market. The market will take place inside the Fellowship Hall and it’s been a Winter Park tradition for more than 20 years! The Global Market event offers shoppers an opportunity to purchase beautiful and useful items, while empowering people throughout the world. Non-profit organizations will be selling a variety of items, many made by artisans to support their families in developing countries. There also will be the opportunity to help others by contributing to international and local service organizations. All funds collected by sales and donations go directly to these organizations, without any administrative fee deductions from the church. Come and shop for a great cause!

November 8: 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
November 9: 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m and open again from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Free Community Health Fair

Location: Digestive and Liver Center of Florida, Orlando FL

Want a day out with the family at NO COST to you? There will be over 10 different free screenings and tests offered at our community health fair. Free flu shots, free blood sugar test, free hepatitis C test, free blood pressure check, free vein screening vouchers, free mammogram vouchers, free eye pressure check, free aorta screening for smokers and non smokers, etc. In addition, there will be a raffle for a free endoscopy or colonoscopy. Free barbecue, free hot dogs and beverages/water for the entire family. For the kids we will have bounce houses, face painting, balloon animals, free pop corn, free cotton candy, and free snow cones! As you can see, this is a great way to spend the day out as a family, and again its all FREE. See you there!

She meets a strange guest, Mr Dodgeson (Lewis Carroll) who tries to show her that her imagination is the one thing that makes her special. Join Alice as she meets eccentric characters like the Red Queen, White Knight, Humpty Dumpty, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, and many more in the land through the looking glass. You will be entertained and moved by 12 glorious songs in this magical land.

Take A 'Bite' Out Of Homelessness

Location: Gatorland Orlando, Orlando Florida

​The Community Hope Center  is excited to invite you to our upcoming fundraiser “Take a Bite Out of Homelessness” at Gatorland​ Orlando! We are a small Christian based non-profit organization that depends on fundraising to survive and we will be joining together to raise funds to end homelessness and restore hope to Osceola County. This after hours fundraising event is a private party just for us! Included there will be dinner, dancing, live animal encounters, a private wrestling show, a silent auction, gator feeding, gator picture op., kids games and more!

The Community Hope Center is a homeless and near homeless outreach and self-sufficiency center located on 192 in Kissimmee. Our primary goal is to provide long term wraparound services along with resources and referrals while working in collaboration with various agencies all around Osceola County, with the ultimate goal being bringing the client to self-sufficiency. Lets take a ‘bite out of homlessness’ together!

Light The Fire - One Year Anniversary

Light The Fire is a worship event hosted by members of several churches in the greater Orlando area. This event seeks to unite the body of Christ in worshiping our Lord. We focus on the thing that connects us all as believers: worship. Multiple artists that have performed at ‘Light The Fire’ will be performing at this event and include, Tiffany Bishop and Revolution Cry. Come join us for an evening of worship and praise!
