Applied Behavior Analysis Behavior Analysis is a natural science that studies an individual's behavior. ABA uses systematic, evidence-based methods to improve socially significant behaviors by making changes to an individual's environment. ABA practitioners use these methods to reduce challenging behaviors and to teach new skills in place of those behaviors. ABA can be a successful treatment for a variety of behaviors and for individual's of varying exceptionalities and needs.
