Children’s Pastors Conference

Children’s & Family Ministry pastors, leaders, and volunteers, mark your calendars! The International Network of Children’s Ministry is hosting the Children’s Pastors Conference (CPC26) from January 6th–8th, 2026. This national event is hosted annually in Central Florida. Last year, more than 2,400 attendees participated, representing 40+ different denominations and 5 countries. This is the place for anyone who works or volunteers in children’s or family ministry, within the local church, to find the training, resources, and community they need in order to gain momentum in their leadership and ministry.

The theme for CPC26 is “Unleashed Resilience.”
Ordinary resilience helps us survive hard things. But Unleashed Resilience frees us from what tries to crush us and empowers us to keep living out the purpose and calling that God has for our lives. There will be six powerful General Sessions with incredible communicators and dynamic worship, two resource centers with over 100 resource providers, 140 breakouts to choose from, a free 1-on-1 coaching appointment with a veteran ministry leader, networking opportunities, fun, free coffee, and SO MUCH MORE!
