April 12 Showcase Features Performances by The Concert Chorale and The Symphonic Band

WHAT:
On Sunday, April 12, Bethune-Cookman University will present its annual Spring Concert, officially launching inauguration festivities in honor of eighth president, Dr. Albert D. Mosley.

The Inauguration Concert is a signature celebration of Bethune-Cookman’s musical excellence, featuring the Concert Chorale and the B-CU Symphonic Band in a powerful, uplifting program that blends artistry, tradition and Wildcat pride.

Guests will enjoy an inspiring afternoon of choral and instrumental selections that showcase the talent, discipline, and creativity of B-CU students while setting the tone for the historic inauguration of Dr. Albert D. Mosley as the institution’s 8th President. The performance honors cultural legacy and highlights the heartbeat of campus life through music that moves the spirit and unites the community under the theme ‘B-CU Rising: All of Us, All In.’

Admission is free. Doors open at 3 p.m. with light refreshments available. Performances start at 4 p.m. Seating inside the Mary McLeod Bethune Performing Arts Center is limited.
