Foster Family Fun Day

A lot of people do not know that in 2024 there were over 20,000 kids in foster care and only 4500 licensed foster homes in the state of FL. This means that there were roughly 4x more kids than there were homes.

One More Child is a Christian non-profit organization that provides Christ centered services and supports to struggling families, single parents, hungry children, victims of human trafficking, and children in foster care. One More Child partners with Nana’s House who provides 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath foster homes and tangible items and supports for foster families who care for neglected, abused, needy, and abandoned children in Brevard County.

One More Child and Nana’s House are committed to living out James 1:27 where we are told that true religion is caring for orphans and widows in their distress and remaining holy while in the world. Therefore, we are hosting a Foster Family Fun Day on campus, inviting families both that foster and are interested in fostering come and learn more about fostering and have a day filled with fun! There will be a bounce house, playground, fun activities, food, and more! We are also inviting families to tour our campus and Foster Family Homes.
