City of Clermont Parks and Recreation department along with Clermont’s Veterans organizations are planning Clermont’s 2026 Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony, to be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 25, 2026. at the Clermont’s Arts & Recreation Center, 3700 S. HWY 27, Clermont, FL 34711. The Memorial Ceremony will be inside the main
auditurium.
The Patriot Guard Riders will be showcasing their Vietnam Memorial Traveling Wall and the Global War on Terrorism Wall during the three-day Memorial Weekend.
23 May 2026 (Saturday)
9:00 am (or earlier) – Patriot Guard Riders with Vietnam Memorial Wall, the The Global War on Terrorism Wall and all participant riders meeting at BJ’s parking lot for line up
9:30 am – Escort the Vietnam Memorial Wall to Clermont’s Arts & Recreation Center, 3700 S. HWY 27, Clermont, FL 34711
10:00 am – Patriot Guard Riders begin to set up the Vietnam Memorial Traveling Wall
10:30 am – 11:00 am – Vietnam Helicopter Pilots Association begins setting up
2:00 PM – 6:00pm -Vietnam Memorial Traveling Wall and OH-6 display open for viewing
24 May 2026 – (Sunday)
8:00am – 5:00pm Vietnam Memorial Wall and Loach Helicopter display open for viewing
25 May 2026 – (Monday)
8:00am – 4:00pm Vietnam Memorial Wall and and Loach Helicopter display open for viewing
11:00am – 12:30pm – Clermont’s 2025 Memorial Day Ceremony
4:00 – 5:00pm – Patriot Guard Riders dismantle the Vietnam Memorial Traveling Wall
