This time of year can be difficult for families who have children in the hospital. I’m grateful that we get to join our Orlando area Chick-fil-A restaurants this year as they surprise a few families with a Christmas Blessing at AdventHealth for Children this Christmas Season! Join Ellis and me on weekday mornings at 9:30 a.m. December 8 through December 19 as we have the honor to share their incredible stories.

Day 1: Ivan
We are joining with Chick-fil-A and AdventHealth for Children to share a Christmas Blessing each morning this week. Today we shared Ivan’s story. He is nine years old. Ivan has been diagnosed with autism, ADHD, and ODD. With treatment, he has grown so much! – Tyler
Day 2: Greta
We are joining with Chick-fil-A and AdventHealth for Children to share a Christmas Blessing each morning this week. Today we shared Greta’s story. She was born at just 23 weeks and is now two years old! During her 176 days in NICU, Greta underwent five different surgeries. – Tyler
Day 3: Noah
We are joining with Chick-fil-A and AdventHealth for Children to share a Christmas Blessing each morning this week. Today we shared Noah’s story. He is eleven years old. When Noah was six, he was diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. – Tyler
Day 4: Cian
We are joining with Chick-fil-A and AdventHealth for Children to share a Christmas Blessing each morning this week. Today we shared Cian’s story. He is five months old. When Cian was just 8-week-old he underwent open-heart surgery. Today he is strong, growing, and thriving! – Tyler

We are joining with Chick-fil-A and AdventHealth for Children to share a Christmas Blessing each morning this week. Today we shared Esther’s story. She is 14 years old. Esther’s family moved to Orlando from Oregon just to see Dr. Woo at AdventHealth for treatment for her Scoliosis. – Tyler
Day 6: Marley
We are joining with Chick-fil-A and AdventHealth for Children to share a Christmas Blessing each morning this week. Today we shared Marley’s story. She is nine years old. When she was seven, Marley was diagnosed with type two autoimmune hepatitis and stage four cirrhosis of the liver. On September 17, 2024, she received her transplant! – Tyler
Day 7: Grace
We are joining with Chick-fil-A and AdventHealth for Children to share a Christmas Blessing each morning this week. Today we shared Grace’s story. She is three years old. When she was born, she was diagnosed with a bilateral severe cleft lip and palate. Now starting speech therapy, she’s thriving! – Tyler
Day 8: Brihanna
We are joining with Chick-fil-A and AdventHealth for Children to share a Christmas Blessing each morning this week. Today we shared Brihanna’s story. She is nineteen years old. Two years ago, she came home from work with terrible back pain. Ultimately, her family took her to the hospital where she was later diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and started chemo immediately. – Tyler
Day 9: Mila
We are joining with Chick-fil-A and AdventHealth for Children to share a Christmas Blessing each morning this week. Today we shared Mila’s story. She just turned three! Mila has Down syndrome and really struggled with weight gain and developmental progress her first year. Everything changed when they found Dr. McKonkey at Advent Health for Children. – Tyler

Before he was born, his parents learned that he had a heart condition. Micah underwent five catheter procedures in total, three before his first major surgery. He is a true miracle! – Tyler
