Location: Altamonte Mall, Altamonte Springs FL

There’s something for everyone at this family-friendly event Nov. 4-14, from whimsical kiddie rides to state-of-the-art thrill rides, midway games, and deep-fried treats, sweets and other carnival eats.

Event parking and admission are free.

Unlimited ride wristbands (for riders 36 inches and taller) are $35 on site while supplies last and discounted online pre-sale (before 5 pm Thurs., Nov. 4) at Tickets for $29 each, 2/$55 or 4/$99. Visit Altamonte Mall Carnival for Saturday ride wristband restrictions.

Ride tickets are also available at the carnival for $1.50 each, $30/20 tickets, or $60/50 tickets plus 1 free ride. (Rides take 2 or more tickets each.) Online pre-sale special: $45/50 tickets (includes 1 free ride).

Space Coast Cars and Coffee was created to get Kids and Adults off the streets and do something on a Saturday morning instead of hanging under a bridge doing drugs.

Come Out to the Show at Viera High School 6103 Stadium Parkway Melbourne Florida on the first Saturday of Every Month.

Pastor of a Church in Brevard County comes out and Prays for the World, People, Leo’s, Schools Etc at every event.

All ages are welcome- though remember not to touch the cars!

Furry friends are welcome to come as well. There will be snacks and water for them it’s a Pet-Friendly Place.

Take the Challenge 5k and Family Fun Walk is a family-friendly event open to runners, walkers, and rollers of all ages and abilities. Lake County Run Club

Location: Lake Hiawatha Preserve, Clermont Florida

The Lake County Run Club is intended for all ages and backgrounds no matter your experience with running or walking. The LCRC is a group where you can come to connect with others in the community around the common purpose of wanting to improve your health, and to lead as a good example for our youth.

The ENTIRE family is encouraged to come! As a matter of fact, you don’t even have to run! After the warm-ups, feel free to run, jog, walk, rollerblade, cycle, or any other activity of your choice. The goal is to be active for 30 minutes.

Starting November 6th, the LCRC will meet every Saturday at 10am at the Lake Hiawatha Preserve, 450 N. Lake Minneola Shores, Clermont, FL 34711.

It costs nothing to participate, but it’s recommended that you register prior to attending. You only need to do this once, and if you’re unable to do so beforehand, then they will provide you with the registration/waiver on Saturday!

You may be asking, “what should I bring?” and that’s a great question! Participants are encouraged to bring water, watch/stopwatch, headphones if desired, and be sure to wear running shoes and clothing to accommodate weather. You may also want to take advantage of a mobile app (MapMyRun, Nike+ Running, CardioTrainer, or RunKeeper) to keep track of your own performance.

Time of Events:

     –Warm-ups begin at 10:05am

-Begin running (or activity of your choice) at 10:15

-Run for 15 minutes out, and 15 minutes back for a total of 30 minutes (This way we can warm-up, start, stretch and cool down together)

-10:50 – cool down, stretches and high-fives!
