A TASTE OF GOETHE TRAIL EVENT RETURNS FOR ITS FIFTH YEAR!
Imagine riding your horse, driving your carriage, pedaling your bike, or simply hiking through the beautiful trails of Goethe State Forest and discovering tables full of delicious food and drink to sample along the way. That’s A Taste of Goethe! This year’s event will be held Saturday, February 7, from 11:00 to 3:00. For more information, the full schedule of fascinating presentations and guided nature hikes, and to register at early bird pricing, visit their website www.friendsofgoethe.org. All proceeds will benefit the forest.

Who:Friends of Goethe State Forest, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation
What: Food and drink stations along the trail for hikers, cyclists, horse riders and wagons, presentations regarding local flora, fauna and fire, WAG dog walk and adoptions, professional dog and horse portraits, lots more related outdoor activities
When:Saturday, February 7, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., full schedule will be posted on the website www.friendsofgoethe.org. Registration begins at 10:30.
