Registered Nurse, author, speaker, podcast host, and Metabolic Health Coach TaShawn Davis, RN, will host a free community event designed to bring hope and practical education to individuals living with prediabetes, Type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, and other metabolic health concerns.

Attendees will discover how insulin resistance impacts the body, why blood sugar is only part of the story, and practical lifestyle strategies that may help improve metabolic health. Topics include brain fog, fatigue, stubborn weight, sugar cravings, fatty liver, high blood pressure, and understanding common lab values.

Guests will also enjoy complimentary low-carb charcuterie-style refreshments and hear practical food swap ideas from special guest Michelle, Food Swap Expert and Health Advocate.

This educational event serves as the introduction to The Metabolic Intensive™, a new six-week immersive experience launching in August. The program will feature live demonstrations, lab interpretation, meal planning, cooking demonstrations, grocery shopping strategies, food tastings, and practical tools designed to help participants better understand how their bodies work and build sustainable healthy habits.

TaShawn’s mission is to help reverse one million cases of Type 2 diabetes during her lifetime through education, understanding, and practical lifestyle change while encouraging people to become better stewards of their health.

The event is free, but registration is encouraged due to limited seating.
