Exploring Family Dynamics

Hello, our counseling ministry is hosting an event open to anyone who wishes to learn and grow for their mental well-being and their faith. Our Counseling ministries mission is to care for the whole person- which includes the body, mind, and spirit. and we do this by connecting people with local counselors and hosting events to learn deeper about topics on mental health. Our next seminar will be focused on family dynamics. Below is the description for our event.

Regardless of what kind of family you come from, those family relationships shape who you are and how you relate to others.

Understanding our family of origin helps us understand our own hearts, and how those dynamics affect our friendships, marriages, parenting, and even the way we relate to God.

Join us for a special seminar with guest speakers Tara and Dr. Paul Gibson, Associate Minister of Congregational Care at First Presbyterian Church of Orlando.

Together, we’ll explore a helpful framework for recognizing and appreciating the unique perspectives of each generation. You’ll also walk away with practical strategies to bridge generational gaps, reduce conflict, and build stronger, more meaningful connections within your family.
