For years, many women and individuals assigned female at birth were told their severe premenstrual symptoms were “normal” or “just stress.” For some, these experiences were actually Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, a serious and often misunderstood condition that can deeply disrupt daily life and well being.

The L.I.M.E. Symposium was created to change that narrative by bringing together professionals, advocates, and people with lived experience to increase understanding and promote compassionate, informed care.
