Sanford Nurse Launches Free Community Event Tackling the Hidden Driver Behind Stubborn Belly Fat, Brain Fog, and Fatigue

Health Beyond Weight Loss™ hosts the Nov. 21 Metabolic Health Discovery Experience and launches the Holiday Reset Edition of The Metabolic Intensive™ — registration closes Nov. 22. The free Metabolic Health Discovery Experience & Launch Party will be held Saturday, November 21, 2026, from 10 a.m. to noon at Sanford Family Care Center, 2200 S. French Ave., Suite 1004, Sanford, FL 32771. Attendees will learn, in plain language, what insulin resistance is, how it relates to blood sugar and metabolic health, and what practical, everyday steps can support better health, with real client testimonies.
