CELEBRATE RECOVERY at Living Hope Church of Clermont invites the community to its 14-Year Celebration, featuring a FREE comedy show with Mickey Bell on Thursday, September 17 at 7 p.m.in The Wesley Center.

Life is heavy. Let’s laugh about it! Celebrate Recovery is marking 14 years of helping people find hope and healing with a night of laughter. With more than 104,000 TikTok followers, Mickey Bell performs over 250 events each year, helping audiences laugh, connect, and leave feeling better than they arrived.

After losing everything, Mickey rebuilt his life through faith, counseling, Celebrate Recovery, medication, and a lot of laughter. Today, he uses comedy to remind others they aren’t alone. Everyone has a story—and sometimes laughter can open the door to healing.

Pastor Dawn Carter said, “Over 14 years ago, we felt such a burden for people struggling with so many issues and in need of support. We learned about a life-changing program called Celebrate Recovery and felt moved by God to bring this much-needed ministry to South Lake County.”

Celebrate Recovery offers healing and gender-specific support for any hurt, habit, or hang-up, including abuse, addictions, anger, anxiety, codependency, depression, grief and loss, and more. Children and youth have groups too.

Festivities begin at 5:30 p.m. with dinner and a face painter, followed by Praise & Worship and live stand-up comedy with Mickey Bell.
