RCO is hosting brain health support groups through Mental Health Gateway.
Groups will begin the following Saturdays (10:30am-12pm):
Session 1: 9/6, 9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/4
Session 2: 10/25, 11/1, 11/8, 11/15, 11/22
Session 3: 12/13, 1/3, 1/10, 1/17, 1/24
“Minds Transformed” is for any adult (18 years or older) experiencing mental health challenges.
”Families Transformed” is for any spouse, parent, grandparent, or family member (18 years or older) who have a family member experiencing mental health challenges.
“Lives Transformed” is for any individual (18 years or older) who has experience trauma (e.g. natural disaster, rape/sexual assault, exposure to combat).
These groups do not focus on any specific mental health difficulty, but rather addresses common topics that are helpful for most through a Christ-centered approach.
