The Resolution Run 5K

The Resolution Run 5k is a benefit fundraiser for the Early Learning Coalition of Lake County. The Early Learning Coalition of Lake County is a non-profit organization established in 1999  for the purpose of enhancing children’s chances of achieving future educational success and becoming productive members of society.

Funds raised are reinvested locally in the School Readiness Program, a Child Care Subsidy Program that provides high-quality early childhood education and childcare.  The Early Learning Coalition of Lake County’s goal is to team up with 250 people and help the children of Lake County enter school eager to learn and ready to succeed.

Their 3rd Annual Resolution 5K – Storybook Run (Dress up as your favorite childhood storybook character) and Fun Run Toddler Crawl will take place Saturday, January 26, 2019, at Clermont Waterfront Park.

The Faine House Run for Hope 5k

“Young adults exiting foster care and those on the verge of homelessness have the opportunity to find success through The Faine House.  At The Faine House, residents explore paths to stability through support and guidance with education, housing & transportation, employment, health & wellness, and personal finance. You can be part of this life-changing solution. ”

– 5k run/walk (USATF-certified), plus a one-mile stroll around Lake Eola
